I saw an online advertisement that talked about the secrets of older film stars who maintain beautiful skin.  At the age of 66, I was intrigued.  It advertised how you should buy both the Skin Noir in combination with the Eye Noir for the best results.  It also adverised a free trial of both products simply by paying shipping costs.

So, on May 30, 2016, I entered my payment information to be used, what I assumed, just for the cost of shipping the trial product.  I never authorized anything else beyond the trial samples to my knowledge. I did receive the product a few days later.

Then, a month later, I received a second box of product shipped 7/14/2016.  I figured they got their wires crossed, and this was another free sample. You see, they never included an invoice or any kind of paperwork in the boxes, just the product.  

We went on vacation August 9th and in checking by bank account while away, I noticed two deductions on July 14, 2016, for $91.90 and $94.90.  one to "Eye Repair Simp" and the other to Theomet*Skinrec".  When I got home, on August 16th, there was yet another box of product delivered!  These were two deductions of same amounts from my account were on August 15, 2016.

They never sent an email saying they were sending more product.  The boxes just showed up.  

Today I found my original order on line, and found a customer service number which I called to cancel the account.  The Customer Service" gal acknowledged my "account" and tried very hard to talk me into keeping it open with them.  First she said I could get 50% off, then 75% off, and I insisted that the account be cancelled.

The "Customer Service" gal told me they would not permit me to send back the 2 boxes I did not order.  "No, those are yours to keep"  she said.  When I pressed will I get a refund because I didn't order them, she said no, the charges could not be reversed or something to that effect.  I did receive an email today saying the account was cancelled.

This company is utterly disgraceful and dishonest.  I feel like I've been robbed, and certainly scammed.  I want to send the product back and get my money refunded. That would be the right thing for this company to do!!
