While on internet a pop up showed a sample skin cream for $4.95 which I ordered.

When I received my bill there was a charge of $4.95 then my next months bill they charged me $89.95.  At which time

I called them and they informed me I had  purchased a month supply and did not inform them after having cream for 14

days that I did not want it

I purchased a SAMPLE       NOT a trial.  There is a difference.

They would not return my money.

There are laws for advertising one thing and then changing.  Also is it not a law on selling items without listing the ingredients?
