I ordered a cam, head, intake package. The price was right but they did not ship it. Charged my credit card but no goods. I tried call everyday for three weeks. I sent emails. I finally got ahold of a person called "Rob". He gave me lip service and hung up half way through the call. After three months I had to threaten legal action. They laught at me. After a 150, I finally got my parts. What a rip off. I am surprised no one has driven out to there and gave them a attidude adjustment. RIP OFF

This cam, head, and intake package was purchased from White Performance & Machine, not from Skip White Performance. Rob is an employee of White Performance & Machine.
Both companies are located in Kingsport, TN. Although the names are similar, there is no business relationship between the two companies.
Our records show that this same customer bought a turnkey engine from us in 4/2015 and was extremely pleased with it.
