ordered a camshaft on April 17,2018 approx 10:00am, the money was removed almost instantly from my banking account. Received update from FEDX. Fedx said that I had a shipping label. Same day.
Seven (7) days later, that is all I have is a shipping label and money gone from banking account. Have left 2 messages on phone 432-722-5152/877-383-5152.
Money removed from Banking account but no camshaft this looks like theft.

The customer ordered this cam through our website on 4/17/18. Customer received the cam on 4/25/18. It was drop shipped directly from Comp Cams. FedEx tracking number for delivery was 426343522581. We apologize for not communicating to the customer that the cam would be coming directly from Comp Cams and therefore would be delivered under a tracking number that was different from the one posted on his order. The customs comments about theft are absurd to the say the least. This cam arrived to the customer the day after he filed the report. It's not uncommon to have to wait one week to receive a product that was ordered on line.

I have no idea of who this person is. We would not refund of contact a customer if there was a problem. There may have been a delay on getting this product out but if we were unable to get it out we would have simply refunded the customer.
