I purchased an Item that I had called ahead to verify it was the right part first. I was told it was. Soon as I relized it was wrong it was boxed up and sent back.

   After it was mailed out I was told no refunds unless the salesmans name was written on the box. It was too late, so now I am out the purchase price and shipping and return shipping.

     To add insult to injury they told me my package is "somewhere in the back" and they are unable to know who returned it unless the salesman's name is on the box??? The item was sent back in the original packaging. they know exactly who purchased it by date and stock number, the lady on the phone had a kind voice but not very cooperative,

I recieved messages WRITTEN IN ALL CAPS!! (implying yelling of course).

All transactions are great with any store. proof in the pudding is how things are handled when things go wrong.

These folks showed their true colors on this one and from what i have researched, countless others.

Youare better off with Barnette Performancde out of Atlanta ga. Ask for Chris. I have more than once had issue with wrong parts (as anybody can on old cars) but they were corrected immediatly with no rude attitude , I should have called them first.

Skip White may possibly have quality parts but his refund/ return polices, customer service and general attitude towards customers is worse than cheap junk from China!!
