I have been with SkyBeam for aprox: 2 years now.  In may of 2011, I started having problems with there internet service and technical support services and June of 2011, I have not had any internet service at all and I have made several attempts to get SkyBeam to fix my internet with no avail. Even the lack of have internet service has not kept SkyBeam from billing me for service I have not had.

Becuase of the I have had to seek other remedies so I am post this for others to be aware of how bad this company is before they end up in the same boat. I am also enclosing a copy of the posting to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission)

Please don't use SkyBeam and if you have simular complaints please contact the FTC as soon as possable

Skybeam Skybeam has seriously oversold internet services beyond their capacity. I pay for up to 10 Mbps. During the evening, measured by the took supplied by Skybeam, my response is typically 4 Kbps or nothing at all. During the day, my response is typically less than 2 Mbps. Today is is 1.4 Mbps. Poor performance in the evenings prevents my family from enjoying on-line entertainment. Poor performance during the day negatively affects my ability to do my job. Loveland Colorado
