I noticed a charge for a Skype account that I believd I had previously cancelled and when i couldnt remember my login info to cancel it it sent me an email that listed 5 different accounts with them !!! So since they have my credit card on account when these were opened they just have been deducting for years! There is no waay to cancel without login info so I called their customer support number and spoke with adam. I told him I wanted all 5 canceled immediately and any refund he could manage for their numerous charges! He told me in order to do so there would be a charge of $150.00 to do so! Legal action or small claims I'm not sure but to charge a customer to cancel is unacceptable!!!!
