Skyway USA scammers ! Old Technology advertised as NEW and Cutting Edge ! Louisville, Kentucky

SkywayUSA advertises their Internet Service as "the solution to Rural America's lack of connectivity" with NEW and IMPROVED high speed technology.  But they are basically selling an internet DIAL UP service that uses a PHONE LINE.  (Remember the old Dial Up days ?)
Their claims of a " new high speed technology are a SCAM".  When I returned my system (without opening the box) they told me I would have to pay a "activation" fee as well as a "termination" fee. 
So how do they think they can charge an "activation" fee for a system that I never took out of the box !?   And how do I terminate a system that was never installed. 
DO NOT FALL for this PHONY high speed internet company.......It's just Dial Up and then they refuse to refund your money when you discover the CON JOB !
