Slap Chop Fraud billing, no contact info Internet

Tell me how Slap Chop with Graty for $19.95 plus s/h of $7.95 and get 2ND set FREE, just pay seperate s/h of $7.95 totals $63.65!!
This is the second time I've tried to order the deal and got ripped off both times.

The confirmation page comes up with the final total, nearly DOUBLE, after you give your credit card number.
There is NO company contact info provided. Had to google the site again to get a phone #. Called within minutes and was told I had to wait 24-72 hours to cancel. that's crap.

They have my money, I have a confirmation number. You wait 24 hrs and it will already be shipped.
The first time it happened "could" have been a mistake but TWICE? no way.

Far too many of these internet/infomercial companies are using these practices and getting away with it.
Seniors are especially vulnerable. Many don't have the will to fight this on-going fraud and just get ripped off.

This has to stop.
I want to report them to some agency that will put an end to these scams.
