Slap Chop Slap Chop returns and refunds Internet

I wanted to order one for my mom to be sent directly to her house. After I enetered my card info and said no to all the offers, they still added the "free" products and brought my total to $41 ($20 for the slapchop and $21 for shipping!) I tried to cancel but they said it won't be processed until the next day and they won't charge my card until it's shipped. Just to be safe, I transfered all my money to my savings account. The next morning, I called first thing... They charged my card (made me overdrawn) and already shipped it! It took 2 weeks for it to come and I sent it right back  (and paid $20 to return it UPS). When i called to see if they got it, I was told that they will refund my $41 within a few days... its took another 2 weeks! and they didnt even give me a full refund!
