Called because my email works online but not on my mobile device. Simple. No. They tell you they will charge you $30 to discuss it. This is a glitch on their side. They don't know why it is happening but will not try to help without paying. They don't care. They read you the policied and proceedures and all that is are grounds to tell you they don'r want to help without being paid.
