I have been ripped off by this company. I bought the new iPad software and come to find out they designed the new software so that it doesn't work with the old hardware. I a tech and he said that it had to do with the analog to digital tv conversion. They finally admitted that this information is incorrect. They said that you get better video qualit with new hardware. They have designed it to notvwork with the old hardware so that can force you into spending another 175 for new hardware.. What a ripoff. I am happy withvmy along box quality but nit with the lousy customer service. There custom service has went down to the level of disnetwork since dish bought them. Te new hardware requirement needed for new software thing is a scam and a ripoff. It should be optional to upgrade.. This company is a ripoff. They have gotten the last 30 bucks from me.. To bad great technology from such a crappy company.
