Smart Circle International I got scammed by Smart Circle in Philadelphia. Concord, Ontario, Canada Nationwide

It all sounded so great when I got hired. That is until you start to talk to other employees and they start to fill in the blanks. Expense reimbursement, oops that's not what they said. A weekly bonus for making quota of appointments and presentations, well what they meant was at the discretion of the ring leader. Commissions for agreements signed, well not exactly you still have to get the product printed, approved and signed off by your ring leader. I spent money on gas, business cards, and in house computer supplies and in the end I was left being owed thousands and terminated a week before my benefits kicked in. Oh and if that wasn't enough they are contesting my unemployment.

First I was told to have my business cards printed and I would be reimbursed, never happened, Next was training 150 miles away all expenses to be reimbursed. You get there and training consists of going out on calls with other reps that have as little experience as yourself. A week away and no agreements signed so I had no idea of how a contract was even written up. Then the other shoe drops and you don't get reimbursed for the expenses but they did pay for the hotel.

Once home and on my own I was successful at achieving the weekly required 10 appointments and 10presentations. When pay day came I got zero dollars so I called and emailed the ring leader. I got an email from someone, in another department, informing me that I did not achieve the quota. I again reached out to the ring leader and he said it was not his call when in fact it was he who would complete a weekly report that would generate a payout. Okay what about the agreements executed?

Again the rest of the story unfolded in that the certificate had to be printed and approved for sale. Okay no problem that is until no payout is made and more steps are added to the process for a payout to be generated. Funny they never explained that whole process.

Finally there are the side shows for extra bonus money which again are tied to something you aren't informed about until after the campaign when they say no pay for you. Basically beware of this company. I wasted money and time with nothing to show except an eviction notice and repossession of my car because they never paid me and I'm awaiting a finding to receive unemployment
