Smart Shopper Rina Helmstetter Deceptive, and manipulative Edison, New Jersey

After 1000 phone calls from Rina Helmstetter throughout last year, I succumb to her constant barrage of calls to sit down with her and see what she is offering. Very sweet and attentive initially. Promised me my type of business gets so many calls, I would be thrilled. Signed a deal for what I was told was 5 total issues. Was really 5 total issues after the first one, meaning 6 issues need to be met, lie number 1.

After four months, with only receiving one call, and never ever receiving a call from the rep to check in, I called smart shopper and requested a suspension of my program. Obviously, they would like to be paid for services rendered, but with business slow, and the advertising ineffective, continuing service wasn't a feasible idea. Suspend now and resume when I have enough business coming in to cover the remaining two months of the program.

Smart shopper agreed after circumventing Rina( who when called and asked to help with the situation, completely blew me off and three weeks later calls me with information not requested, and excuses for her lack of help or communication.

Three weeks later, while temp suspended by request,Smart shopper puts through another charge and takes payment without permission. Will b changing my card number so shady business practice like this wont happen again. 

Beware if Rina calls you promising so much help for your business. Read reviews, get references, and be prepared for ineffective service, and a sale force that will say anything, do anything, ANYTHING, to take your money. Bad business at its finest.
