On August 13, 2011 I ordered a bottle of sublingual b-complex vitamins from the online store Smartbomb.com. The amount of 23.76 was debited from my account on August 16, 2011 as a charge from Naturalist.com. Received email notification that the item would be backordered. I then cancelled the order and requested a refund.

Received a response that my refund was being processed and would appear as a credit to my account within 1 to 2 billing cycles. To date, no credit has been posted to my account. With each inquiry I receive the same response.
