I went online to their website, and was quoted a $198.00 for my experience ze with a broken screen.so they sender me a email to print out their shipping info ,, so I did just that and included a wireless charger also. After about four days I get an email stating that their technical people are looking at the phone, two days later they email me and tell me their are sending me a check for $16.00 saying that's what they give everyone for that type of phone.
