Smartphone traders I traded in my iPhone 5s 32G from Verizon. They gave me a quote of $223 dollars pending the condition of the phone. Reno Nevada

My phone was in a very expensive rugged case since I bought it. I also sent my phone back in that case a long with a good charger. The company said they had a professional look at it and said that after the inspection they found the phone was worth $33 dollars. The case and the charger are worth more that $33 dollars. The company did not give me any reasons why the phone was worth so little they just said that is what the "professional inspecter" said. Note I brought this phone to Verizon and they offered me $200 for it.

The only explaination they gave me was that they pay everyone this price that has the same phone I do in this condition. The case and the charger are worth more that $33 dollars. Note I brought this phone to Verizon and they offered me $200 for it. This website is manipulative and extremely unethical. I have a screen shot of the quote they gave me. I also have all of my emails saved between me and this terrible website. You can go on their site and see the quote for yourself. Have them quote you on the phone that I mentioned earlier in this message. It will say your quote is $223. There is no way my phone was worth $33 unless it was completely broken or the screen was cracked. I assure you my phone was perfect and it was in a very expensive red Zagg rugged case.
