Smartphone Traders Bait and Switch, Lies about emails sent, give significantly lower than quoted Reno Nevada

I got a quote of $112 for my phone from smartphonetraders.com. I sent my phone in and 3 weeks later received an email saying they paid me $8 for it. I sent an email back saying that's not acceptable and to send my phone back. I tried to call but their line was disconnected. Today (2 business days later) I called and was told that they sent me an email on the 2nd of December stating I was being paid $8 and because I didn't reply it's been recycled already. I never received this email, it isn't in my spam folder or anywhere else. They also told me they never received my email saying that I didn't accept the terms. 

The woman pretty much said f*** you, we have your phone and enjoy your $8. They couldn't prove they had sent me the email offering me the $8 to begin with, but oh well. Lesson learned.
