Smartphone Traders Initial offer for 2 smart phones in excellent condition was $300. After mailing them there they came backwith a final amount of $28. The phones were perfect and still highly desirable and current. After sending them off they will not return them to me so that I can get one of the 5 other offers that were much higher then $28 final offer but lower then the initial offer of $300. They offer higher amounts initially and once they have the devices in their possession they give you 10% of the offer and refuse to send the devices back. After sending them off I have seen many SCAMMER articles about the company.....after it was too late. I am heart broken. I was depending & trusting they would honor their end of the deal. Horrible Company! Reno Nevada

I purchased new cell phones after using my old cell phones for less then a month. I changed services which is why they were not used. I searched for companies to buy the old cell phones. One was a Samsung Note 3 and the other was an LG G3. Both are excellent phones and very current and desirable and in excellent condition. They were new and they were covered instantly with a cover and a screen protector. I got bids from 3 companies. 2 companies offered $250 and SMARTPHONE TRADERS offered $300. Of course I accepted the $300. They create a mailing label and you mail the devices to them. The mailing method they chose took 4 weeks to get there. Talk about snail mail! Anyway, after they finally received it, they sent an email saying they were giving me $28. That is less then 10% of the initial offer. I would have gotten far more from every other vendor and they should never make a high offer just to get you to send them your device and turn around and insult you with pennies on the dollar. I wrote a letter of discontent and told them I do not accept that offer and to send the devices back to me so that I may take any other offer. They do not even reply to the email and they do not answer the phone. I feel like I have been robbed. Never again! I want everyone to know what a huge SCAM this company is. Smartphone traders are a huge SCAM. Do not send them your devices. You will never get the money. Oh yeah! I never even got the $28 for my beautiful cell phones. I feel so very ripped off. What can I do?
