SMC They are Liars!!! We should all get together and take them out of buisness. Simi Valley California

The same thing happened to me. I ordered SMC on may 23rd from a lady named Doreen, I received my package on the 27th called my coach named Jolene simmons the next day to set up an appointment.

I finally got to talk to her about a week later she told me how to set up my webiste then to give her a call back the next day or so.

Well from what Doreen had told me was that I also would get a free website with 3thousand products ready for people to order as soon as it was all set up. I thought to myself what could be better than this Huh! i would finally be able to help my Husband with the bills and debts so we can finally buy a home for Me my Husband and my son. I was sooooo exited.

And then fianlly, I got my website with only 100 products and looking so cheap. I called Jolene back she was asking me if I wanted to order gift cards cause it would be easier for people to find my website so they an purchase items from me. I told her no cause I didnt have the money to do so, Once I told her I was pretty much broke she kinda blew me off. But never once did she mention that I needed the gift card in order for the people to buy from my site Doreen also did not give me this information.

I found out about it after I had called Tec. support. I was so upset that I called Jolene back and told her I wanted to cancel but she talked me out of it somehow. Then things get even worse. Doreen asked me at the time when I was purchasing smc if I would be able to pay full price for the membership. i told her no that I didnt have the money.

Then she asked since the rebate checks are coming in soon would you be able to pay full price with that. I said yeah, I might be able to but I'm not really sure yet. She said oh dont worry we will notify you before we take any money out of your account and if you do not have it just call in the day before and we will cancel it. So I again said ok, only cause she said they would notify me first.

Well now, on June 26th I put 235.05 in my account for a personal use that I was gonna need the next morning. But at 7:00am on the 27th smc took every penny out. I was so upset once again. I called them and talked to about 3 or 4 people and they all told me they could not give me my money back they had to listen to the recording to see if I was telling the truth and then they could refund me but it would take 7 to 10 days. I talked to another lady she said she couldnt believe that they had done this to me and she was gonna refund me and but down that I had payed off my membership.

Today is now July 18th and I still have not gotten my refund. I keep calling them and all they say is that it is in the prosses. I have not heard from my Jolene since then, I do not have 3thousand products on my webiste.

So I am 315.50 poorer that is including other payments I have made to smc. And I not making any money off of them either. So I say lets do something about this company that is just a RIPOFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
