SMOKING EVERYWHERE Steals Consumer Credit Card Data Internet

About three weeks ago I called this e-cigarette company to buy cartridges for my e-cig. I placed the order and was called a few days later advising my ordered item was out of stock and they promptly shipped me a replacement.

Yesterday, 8/13/2009 I get a call from a private number and was the nice lady on the phone said she was with smoking everywhere, asked me how I was enjoying the e-cigarette and thanked me for my recent order. She said they were running a special for 3 packs of cartridges for 19.00 plush shipping. I ordered and she asked if I wanted a confirmation emailed to me. I said yes.

I never received the confirmation so I checked my account and saw the charge for 27.00 and change. Then I saw the charges for craigslist. There was about 5 of them at 25.00 a piece. Today there was a charge for 10.00 from fedex and I called fedex and they told me that someone tried setting up a shipping account with my card as the payment source.

I called the phone number for Smoking Everywhere and told them what happened and they said they don't even have an invoice on file for me. So I don't know what company called me or how they had my name, address, and other vital info.

I tried to get the name and address from FedEx since it was on my card but they said they can't see that information until the payment clears.

It won't clear, i canceled the card immediately yesterday as soon as I saw the unauthorized charges.

This has go to be an inside job at Smoking Everywhere. It is the only way they could have my order history, name, address, and phone number.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, and I would recommend the original poster check their bank account too. I bet they have been hit with fraud as well. I am making it my goal to bring this company down. One way or another I will make sure that they can not help themselves to other peoples money.
