Smooth Away I ordered the hair removal product and they charged me $25.96 for shipping and I checked the status and it was shipped on december 27, 2008 and I have not recieved the product. I have tried calling them and I keep getting a machine saying due to the excess amount of calls try back another day. For that price of shipping I should of had it next day. Pacoima California

They charged my credit card $60.93 the shipping cost was $25.96. I should of had the product next day for that price but haven't recieved it yet. I went on there website to track the product and it was shipped on December 27,2008. I tried calling and I get a mchine saying due to the excess amount of calls try back another day. I have the credit card company and they are investigating it.

Learn some patience man. If they shipped it on the 27th it's not their fault it hasn't got to you yet.

When we ordered ours, they told us about four weeks, but it actually took like 6 because of the holidays. It does work well though. I just hope the shipping isn't that much on the auto-ship program :-).
