Offer includes free set as advertised, but they charge separate S&H fee as if its 2 separate orders. If you include replacements they offer as a special, its another S&H fee as explained by Brian at IdeaVillage.com who responded to my request for reimbursement! Order takes 30 days and comes in one 8"x6"x4" box that barely weighs anything! The products cost $34.97 and S&H was $25.96! They backed up charge by saying the advertisement has S&H charges for each set of products you get (even tho the special says you get one set free included) so don't assume because it all comes in one box there is one shipping fee. Although the product is good, it seems like a consumer scam to me and you won't get any money back for the outrageous shipping fee!
