Rip-off Report Investigation is complete: We note that with over 35 million registered members, there are only a mere 15 Rip-off Reports filed on the Company, which is an outstanding record. Recently i signed up at sms.ac so a friend of mine could be reminded my of my birthday and things of this sort. when i signed up i optioned not to receive text messages from the sight, and the only person to send me text messages was to be the ones on my list from the sight.

well i have been receiving several text messages from the sight, e.g. horoscope, and just random stuff i did not want. on several occasions i emailed them telling them to stop, and responded to the text as it said to if i did not wish to receive the text no longer. send reply saying end\stop.

i did this several times. i have even called the company directly and on the corporate line and never get anyone just a message sayign their not available, i've called the sms.ac sight customer service and i get same response.

All i want is my money back for just in one month i got charged 21 dollars(us) this may not be much but im not a rich person

So in conclusion if u are thinking about signing up at sms.ac i strongley advise u do not do so, they are con-artist, thieves, crooks, dis-honnest, and think they wont' even stand up for themselves, u make your choice for i have
