I was ordering cups (mugs) for my grandchildren, while i gathering the info, address' and after i entered my credit card info..the screen said I had run out of "time" what kind of company pull's this kind of crap, now have to deal with my bank to stop payment......Don't use this company..load of crap

Apologies for any confusion you may be experiencing. Once you load an item into your cart you have 30 minutes to add all of your items and complete your transaction. Once the timer runs out, your order will not go through.
From your description, it does not sound like your order was charged or processed. If you did manage to just beat the clock, your order would show up on your order page and it will be shipped out to you. You can verify this by going into your orders page and checking your order history.
To access your orders, go to www.sneakpeeq.com and login. Once logged in, place the mouse cursor over your image on the top right corner of the screen. From there a drop down menu will appear and you will be able to select "orders" from the list.
Again just to clarify, we will not charge your card unless your order has been placed. And if that is the case you will have your order shipped out to you. If you have any other questions please send an email to support@sneakpeeq.com
