Ok, so I purchase a Rough Roses purse for such a great price on September 10, 2012 it is now October 2, 2012 and I have not received the purse.  Since the purse had not shipped I sent an e-mail to ask to just cancel the order and was told they could not cancel the order, so I called and I spoke with a gentleman and he said oh we were backed up and are just now getting things out to customers.  Stupid me, purchases a scarf haven't seen hide nor hair of either order.  Now no one is answering phone calls or e-mails, so I think the only way to get my money back is to contact my bank and reverse the charges.  Buyer beware do not buy anything from this company they never ship anything.  I am reporting them to the BBB, on Facebook on Twitter those are two places that they pick up customers from (including me).  I really didn't want the money back I just wanted the purse and the scarf I purchased.  Oh they also claim that they are working to make their website more transparent so customers can see the status of their orders because it ever says is Processing, I mean really processing for a month!
