My daughter and I have both placed a few orders with sneakpeeq.com her first 2 orders came very quick so we thought they were a good site. Then I decided to order as well. BIG mistake! it has now been OVER a month and still no shipment. I have contacted them by e-mail only to get the cookie cutter response of "we are sorry for the delay your shipment will be going out by next week" then the next week came and went and I get told "we are sorry for the delay, your shipment will be going out by the middle of next week"
well here we are the middle of the week and still no shipment, no specific ship date can be given to me. I am left with no other choice but to file a complaint. I have been told they will gladly refund my money but I don't want my money back, I didnt sign up for a savings account. I want the products I ordered and I want them shipped as promised. I do not have a problem waiting until the end of the sale, even a week after for it to be shipped BUT I do expect the company I order from to keep their promise and ship as promised. DO NOT BUY from them unless you don't mind waiting months on end to get your product. do your research on this company and you will find I am not the only one. Wish I had done that first.

I'm sorry you are having difficulty with your order. As was explained, we are currently experiencing some back logs on orders and we're working as fast we we can to get the order out to you. As you know with your other orders, we do not usually have this long of a delay. This is a special circumstance in which some technical issues have created longer than usual turn around times.
Again, we're working as fast as we can to ship out all delayed orders, we do not like to keep our customers waiting and we apologize for the inconvenience. A $10 credit was placed into the accounts of all effected customers and an email was sent out to your email address associated with your facebook account with a notice of delay and apology.
