Ordered a scarf back in February and still have not received. My order disappeared out of my account. I should have been suspicious when no confirmation email ever showed up. They will not answer, they delete my posts off of their facebook page. Other people are complaining in various parts of the web about not receiving items as well.

Finally got Credit Company Invovled Resolved

In the case of the missing invoices with non since February being emailed to me and the ugliest scarf in the world being sent to me( or maybe now the second ugliest scarf), I finally got the credit card company involved when Sneek peaq started charging things to my credit card without my concent as they wished. I called the credit card company and put a stop to it. The only thing I did wrong was I didn't do it sooner when it first started.Buyer beware!!!! Watch your credit cards wit Sneak Peeq do not give them access to your card or they will be charging on them left and right. Use one card with them and constantly watch it even 4 to 6 months later. That's right they were charging on my card in June for March transactions that had been returned! Buyer Beware!!!!!!
My Case Is Resolved Due To The Credit Card Company!!

Ended up getting the scarf after 4 months. It is NOT what I ordered, it is uglier than sin. It is some ugly black thing.
If it is worth what they claim on the site, I will eat my husband's dirty socks. It seriously looks like it came from a dollar store.
My dog enjoyed it for awhile and then eventually she even tore it to shreds.
I would never recommend Sneakpeeq to anyone. I still see people complaining all over the Internet about them. I try to warn anyone who will listen.

That's the same thing they have been telling me for months. That page has no credit card information on it. They have changed my information on my page in the past 10 days since the last time I was on there. The scarf I got looks nothing like the one in the picture, it is so ugly I wouldn't put it on my dog if I had one. They have still messed up my order from March, once again and have made another charge to my credit card without my premission or with out a credit card recepit being emailed to me! I'm filing a complaint with the state of California and with Florida were I live for credit card fraud. They have no business charging my card without me knowing about it and without providing me witha receipt. They can send me emails back and forth when I complain but they still cannot provide me with one single reciept of any purchases I made with them. They cannot provide an answer for this? Why is that? What are they doing wrong that a receipt is so difficult to produce? This is the big question that cannot be answered!

You can view all of your orders and get confirmation for these orders in your orders page. To get there, simply log on to sneakpeeq and place your mouse cursor over your facebook image on the top left corner of the page. After the drop down menu appears, select "orders". From here, you will be able to see all of your order history. Orders will never disappear from your orders page.
Confirmation of purchase emails are also sent to the email address you have associated with your facebook account.

Customer Since Feb Never Got Emails

I've been a customer of Sqeakpeeq since February and have purchased four items from them returned two and I am still working on the first item that has been credited and returned twice because it was broken, plastic they were pawning off as designer jewlery. It has turned into a big mess because I cannot get Sneakpeeq to email me my order receipts for credit card transactions that took place.
When you press place this order it says a copy of your transaction will be emailed to you (which I believe by law customers are suppose to receive a receipt by email when a transaction is done when they are not present) like by an internet transaction. Since February I have yet to receive 1 email of my credit card transactions. I have repeatedly requested them and made sure my settings were correct on there site, which really has no bearrings, they are to provide a credit card receipt and have not. They keep telling me to go to there orders page, but that does not give you a credit card receipt, in fact it gives you very little information what so ever. Someone needs to get involved in the dealings of this sight!

I am starting to get worried. My order was black puma ballet flats. I placed my order a little over a week ago and still have not received a confirmation email. I called them once and spoke to a man and he said that sometimes it takes a day or two to receive the email, because their systems can be slow. But now a week later and still no email, I decide to call back and i get a voice mail. Now every time that I call since the last, it goes straight to v mail. Something seems fishy to me.

I'm Having the same problem with Sneakpeeq. I've requested copies of email receipts. If you do get your scarf which I finally did, 2 months after joining it was not anything like the picture. It is one ugly scarf! I've had items just disappear and then reappear with different pictures and dates and now with costs!

We're so sorry you have been having issues with your free item, if you could please contact us by email at support@sneakpeeq.com with your name and your email address (that you use to login to facebook) we can try to look into your issue with greater detail. Please also reference Ripoff Report so that we know where you are emailing from.
We apologize for any comments that you may have had deleted, all customer service issues are handled through our support@ email address. You should have been forwarded to this email address before your comments were deleted off of our wall.
If you went through the checkout process when claiming your free item an order should have been created. These do not ever get deleted. Have you tried looking in your orders page? You can view your orders page by logging into sneakpeeq and clicking on your image on the top left corner of the page. When the drop down menu appears, click on the "orders" option and you should be able to see any orders that you have placed. If you find your order, please let us know the order number in your email to us.
In regards to shipment of the scarves, there has been a delay in some shipments due to issues we've had with our vendor and the very large response we had for the giveaway. We have been told by our vendor that the scarves will be arriving shortly and we once they are at our facility they will be shipped out ASAP. If we can find a record of you joining our site within the time frame that the promotion was going on we would be happy to send you a scarf even if your order was somehow not fully processed.
Again, our apologies for any difficulties you've experienced. We look forward to your correspondence and a speedy resolution to your issues.
