SocialXpand Never informed me about cancellation terms in contract Hell's Kitchen New York

I received a phone call from this company asking if I wanted to sign up for a $1 trial to try their reseller program.  The agent on the phone insisted that it was only going to cost $1 for the month then $499 thereafter. 

They also promised me leads, a responsive modern website, and all these features that are non-existent.  I was never informed about the cancellation policy before I signed and I received an email today from Brian that I am now supposed to pay $499 a month if I cant find someone to transfer it to. 

I told him many times the reason for my cancellation was because I am enlisting in the military and will not have enough time (or money) to keep this going.  It fell on deaf ears.  All this company cares about is money and their "services" are below par at best.
