Sofa Express horrible customer service, delivery people broke furniture, no one wants to help Groveport Ohio

I bought a couch a loveseat and a bedroom set from Sofa Express. The delivered the furniture up to my apartment and everything looked fine.

After the delivery people left we noticed there was a wet spot on the back of the couch. After looking more carefully we noticed a 4 inch rip on the back left hand corner. I immediately called Sofa Express and explained what happened. They didnt seem like they cared and said someone would call me back in a few days to schedule an appointment. Someone did call back a few days later and set up for someone to come out a week and a half later which has not happened yet.

They do not seem to care about customer satisfaction there because they ruined our new furniture but are going to take a few weeks to even come out and look at it.

A few days later we noticed our bed caving in towards the middle. We pulled of the mattress and realied the frame of the bed was never put together correctly. The did not screw in more than half the screws and 4 of the six pegs to support everything were never screwed in. The other two were broken due to them screwing them in wrong. two of the support boards were put in upside down. Because there was nothing to support the bed, the frame was cracked. This was only a few days after they delivered it.

I called Sofa Express the next day and explained the I am 7 months pregnant and had to sleep on our new couches because the guys who set up our bed frame broke it. Again they really didnt seem to care. I spoke with the store manager and also with customer service. The manager promised she would follow up with me later that day. She never called me back and when I called she was gone. So I called customer service back and they have no clue when they can get a new bed out to me. So I am stuck sleeping on the couch because their delivery guys broke our bed frame and now have to wait for who knows how long to replace the broken bed frame. I have never been treated this way as a customer. I feel they should have already replaced my couch and my bed frame. Never buy from Sofa Express, they have the worst customer service.
