Sofa Express ripoff Groveport Ohio

my name is maria. I purchessed a sofa from the sofa express store in florence ky, I live alone, and I work out of town 8 months out of the year, my point being my furniture is lightly used.

in the first month a pulley for the recliner came apart,took 3 mo to get them to come out to repair, then again 4mo later another pulley opposite side,this time over 4 mo to come repair, why , good question well I can tell you it wasnt from a lack of calling.

I called and I called sat on the phone on hold for 45 min once, left at least 2 or 3 messages a week, would wait for a call back, none. how did I get a responce, a letter with the threat of a law suit. Now in dec I will of had this sofa 2 yrs. another pulley is bad.

I again called and called no responce, I even left a message for the vp of the co. no responce. I finally received a card notifying me that my parts were in and they have called me and I need to call and set up an appointment. what I say I cant beleive they actually are trying to act like they are the ones who cant get a hold of me.

this is the worst furniture purchace I've ever made. to make a long story short in the 2 yrs i've had this sofa it need 3 places sewn back together 3 pulleys a new arm and the so called durable material looks horible. Its junk that I paid 1000.00 cash custom ordered.

If you are smart yoy will never buy from them. I am considering sueing them for my money back, this sofa is not what was promised and neither is the customer service. thank you for reading this.
