I purchased windows xp pro on there site. my card account shows the withdrawal. after the purchase they said they would email me the download link within 24 hours. now it's been 5 days and still no email. I've tried to contact them with several emails, but I haven't gotten any replies as yet.
I called the phone number they have listed, but it is out of service.

They are not an authorized reseller for MS products. You've been HAD.

There are a few places on the internet to download Windows XP Pro, usually in the form of an ISO image file of an installation disk.

The RUB is that you need a license key and that's where you're gonna have problems. MS is aggressively pursueing fraudulent and abused license keys and is denying tech support/upgrades to those whom they discover are using a bogus license key.

If you want XP Pro, go to any legitimate computer/office store and PURCHASE it. The upgrade version is $99.
