Software-payment.com False virus program, took money, gave me a win32:trojan-gen virus, cannot remove or get refund. Internet

Came on stating I had a virus and needed to buy this virus program. (Antivirus 2008) Would not stop popping up until I went on to their site. So I purchased it like a dummy for $49.95. Find out later that it is a scam and tried to remove but no way of removing. Have not tried the phone # yet, wanted to report this asap. Downloaded Avast 4 virus protect and found out that this antivirus 2008 has (is) a win32:Trojan-gen virus they installed on my computer. Just want everyone to be aware of this and do not download this program. I need help in finding away to remove the whole program. After reading from the previous reporter that they eventually start taking more money out of your account I got real scared now and will have to call my credit card co. to report. Please find these people and stop them, and if you can help me also.
