SomethingsPhishy Ripoff, false advertisement, deffective product, refused help, fraudulant billing Riverview Florida

On 12/14/06, I placed ordered 6 fish and 6 live plants valued at $266.27. On Company website, they advertise/state that the fish are shipped in special containers, treated and hopefully free of diseases.

What I received was 6 starved, parasite and fungus infected, diseased, dying fish in plastic bags with not enough water inside for the fish to remain in a natural upright position. As to the plants, I received 1 of the 6 only, not the type or size that I ordered.

When I complained to company owner his statement was "I only guarantee live deliveries" and "the fish arrived alive and my obligation is over." In the first 24 hours I lost 2 fish and in 48 hours I lost another 2 fish.

On 12/26/06, when I asked the owner to advise me of the best treatment for the 2 remaining sick fish he statement was "since you left bad review on my website I'm not interested in help you...get advice somewhere else and to the best of our interest I am cancelling your order of uv filter valued $118.40." This amount was already charged to my card. He also told me for the missing plants I would get a reimbursement.

On 12/27/06, the remaining 5 plants arrived again, not the type or size I ordered. I never got reimbursed for the filter and left with only 2 sick fish.
