Somethingsphishy Bad Shipping practices! Won't refund your money! Riverview Florida

Do not use this company.  I just received an order from them and everything arrived dead.  In the dead of winter they shipped my package across country without heat packs.  The water upon arrival was 47 degrees!  Needless to say everything arrived dead.  The bad thing is they got the order right!  They state that if the weather is bad they'll hold the package till it's safe to ship.  They didn't follow their own policy.  They also charged twice the amount for shipping so they'll make their money even if they have to refund for the cost of merchandise since they refuse to refund shipping costs.  Total ripoff!!!!  I used a Visa debit card for this transaction so it's unknown if I'll get my money back.
