Today I received a phone call from an individual who claim is from a law firm SONIC CASH NET, he told me that it was concerning a loan I received from cash net usa. He told me that the case was going to be in court tomorrow, charging me with fraud, theft by deception, and something else. That sounds like criminal charges to me not a civil action.

He told me that if I didn't want to go to jail that, I had to settle out of court and send them the money. When I told him that I was going to call the court house he hung up on me and didn't call again. He read an affidavit to me over the Phone. This people have my personal information.

I managed to record the phone call with my PC, because I was ready this time because is not the first time they call asking for me, the last time they call he represented him self as an IRS Agent and my cousin pick up the phone. His voice sounded like he was from Indian or Pakistan. I have an Audio recording of the conversation we had to prove it.

He was first claiming that he was not a colletion agency and it was past collection, but latter ask for a settlement out of court. They most to stole my information from the real cash net usa because he had information only they could off known.
