Sonic Cash Net threating me and hounding me for attorny info. said i was going to be picked up by the law! CANOGAPARK LA California

this lady called me saturday evening and left a message, and said that i had better not ignore the call and if i did that she wished me luck on my case! i was freaking out i said to my self what case?

well monday morning january 12, this scott miller calls me and very rude and that accent is i think arabic indian? who knows i have never heard it before around here. he stated that he wanted my attorney's info and i said i wanted to know what is going on and he was hateful and said you will find out tommorrow@ 11am when the law picks you and your friend up and it will be no later thatn 3pm which is today jan 13, 2009.

i hung up and a few minutes later this other guy calls back, sounds like the same person i think he just changed his voice! he said that i had got a loan with them in march of 2007 for 800.00 and didn't pay it back, i said no i didn't , i have the papers from my bank to prove it that nothing from sonic cash net was deposited and he said very rudly that he had all the papers that he needed. he had my name number and where i work and wanted me to verify my bank account number which i didn't.

this guys name was brad, he kept saying that he was an attorney for sonic cash net and he was going to fax my info to the state attorney in CA and i would be picked up at 11am today. i ask for his license # if he was a laywer and he laughed and said 51432. i laughed at him and said that sounds like a zipcode to me. he told me not to call him back at this number. well 1 hr goes by and he calls back wanting to know if i knew what OOCR meant and i didn't, so he said i would have to pay 537.00 on jan 12. and he would work with me on the rest, but i had to do it with a debit or credit card, and i would have to fax a letter of apology on my behalf stating why i never paid this bill and and another letter with my name address and ss# on it. he must of thought i was a real idiot.

i never faxed anything, because after he told me that i said i am not even working which is true i had surgery on ja. 5 and this person is harrassing me and i am trying to recover from the surgery. today is jan 13, 2009 and they have called 1 time and did not leave a message.

here are some numbers they called me from: 703-726-3100, 941-961-8518, 818-905-4202, 818451-4680. i called theses numbers back and the 1st one was a recording saying that someone had stolen that number that noone from that number had called me! the other number was from verizon wireless and it had been disconnected or was no longer in service, so how can they call from theses numbers? if anyone needs this number it is the on that sonic cas. com gave me to call for the scam because they are being investigated and the number to call is 989-497-0580. homeland security. name to ask for is doug zloto. i hope that this will help someone.
