Southwest Dental Group Overcharged and lied Mesa Arizona

This dental office lies to their customers. They tell you something can not wait and you must have it done right away. Only to find out as long as they are screwing up it can wait for months. For example I had 2 root canals and crowns done. i wanted to wait to the next year for the crowns since the work was being done in november. They advised me i couldnt wait that long due to the temporary crown would not last. Well after months of screwwups I finally fin shed the work in january. Then to top it all off. they overcharged by almost $500 and still have not returned the money. I t has taken multiple calls and complaints all i get is the standard canned response. No one will take any responsibility.
