Spark Whitening Won't give you a refund even after you send the product back henderson nevada

09/25: Called to return product after I was charged $94.31 the day after the product was received (no trial period).

Was told I would only receive $70.00 refund if I returned the product. I said fine, was given the address and return authorization #. Sent the package the same day FedEx and rec'd proof of delivery the next day. Was told refund would be given 3-5 business days after package was rec'd.

10/15 Tues: Called Spark and had to give tracking # of pkg to prove it was delivered. Was told it would be given to supervisor to process the refund.

10/23 Wed: Called Spark and told account was showing refund would be given by end of week

10/25 Fri: Called to check status of refund and was told acct was not set up for refund, I would not be getting a refund as it was past 30 days and the acct was not set up for it. Only offered to send me the product.

Needless to say I am very frustrated as I followed the rules and was still ripped off from the rip off
