GLENCARA.COM I ordered a ring on 11/17/16 and paid . 5 days later said Glencara sent an Email saying the ring would be made on Dec.2 and shipped that day. @24 Email later I received an automated e-mail with no info. even though i had gotten 5 dates of manufacture up to this point...can you help ? not Valley Cottage New York

Glencara Irish jewelry I placed the order on June 4th, they took $164.92 out of my Visa Debit card on June 6th. I needed help w/customer service re:engraving on the inside of each moanamcara band. I never got any help w/the engraving. they took the money and never sent me anything! I've contacted them by phone numerous times, only getting a message telling me to call between the hours of 3am and 11am. I called and left several messages. No response whatsoever, except the e-mail requesting I send them an e-mail. So I did, explaining how frustrated I was and needed to talk to someone in thier sales department, asap! Internet
