Glencara Irish jewelry I placed the order on June 4th, they took $164.92 out of my Visa Debit card on June 6th. I needed help w/customer service re:engraving on the inside of each moanamcara band. I never got any help w/the engraving. they took the money and never sent me anything! I've contacted them by phone numerous times, only getting a message telling me to call between the hours of 3am and 11am. I called and left several messages. No response whatsoever, except the e-mail requesting I send them an e-mail. So I did, explaining how frustrated I was and needed to talk to someone in thier sales department, asap! Internet

I placed an order online wGlencara on June 4th for 2 silver mo anam cara wedding bands and needed them en-graved. I was quite frustrated w/thier order form and needed some assistance from a sales clerk. I tried texting, calling and eventually e-mailing them all of the information that was important in order to expedite the order, but I never got to speak to anyone, only listening to alternating (male) (female) answering machine messages telling me to call between 3am and 11am as those were thier business hours over in Ireland. So I started calling between those hours. Again, just messages...I left messages myself telling them to contac me because I was very unhappy w/thier company and would like to speak to someone! They wasted no time taking $164.92 plus a $3.29 processing fee from my Visa debit card on June 6th. but they never sent any of the order to me! I not only ordered my Daughter's wedding rings, but a silver claddagh ring and a silver harp necklace for myself, included. The only e-mail from them was requesting a size for the claddagh ring. No questions @ all regarding the engraving on the two wedding rings! So I e-mailed them again, letting them know how frustrated I was and would just like the order cancelled, and my money refunded! They finally responded w/another e-mail claiming they had mailed my order to me, and if I wanted my money back, I needed to send them back thier merchandise. I e-mailed them once more, and even more irate this time, demanding a full refund or else! All I have heard is how sorry they are, they are back-logged, back-ordered, etc....blah blah blah! I'm  beyond angry now, and I want justice done, immediately! please contact me as soo as possible! Thank You!
