Ebay.com I purchased $1300.00 worth of ebay gift cards to purchase an ATV, they cashed the cards from ebay and ebay said it wasn't their problem. I called ebay and told them I had exspected a scam and they told me they had frozen the cards so they couldn't cash the cards. Well guess what they didn't.
