Krasa/Ilus Envisage Skin International Said no obligation free trail. Couldnt find number until located rip off alert on internet. Called 5 different numbers. 2 persons Refused return n refund but offerd discount on more product. Withdrew 4 sums over $100 each within 6 weeks without authorization. No paperwork in the boxes sent. Told them to cancel so-called continuity program each time person insited it was cancelled. Refuesd to allow return. Refused to give refund . offerd $50 and a discount on more skin care.kept reading the same speach. Stated no Supeevisor would make better offer and should take the deal now. Only availble this moment or not at all. St. Petersburg Florida

envisage skin international Really...really...really mad! how unfair and manipulative they are. I found two different charges of $59 on my account today and they only want to refund me 40% of each. I sent a cancellation twice, which they see, but they say that I was sent an email with an RMA number which I never received, even though I looked for some kind of confirmation. I sent a second cancellation and never received a confirmation. They claim that I received two emails and a phone call...NOT. So I'm now fighting to get my full refund...$118.00 total...they only want to refund me $47.20...and they wont take their product back because it's past the 30 days. If anyone has filed with the BBB I would like to be added to the complaint...in the meantime...I will certainly take every opportunity to blast them on facebook Saint Petersburg Florida

They make it sound like you should know that after you get your free sample you automatically get a monthly subscription to these products. Mind you now where does it state this. Envisage Skin International I came across the advertisement on Facebook regarding anti aging creams manufactured by Envisage Skin International. In that ad , it was clearly mentioned that they are giving away product for trial and the interested person need to pay only the shipping charges of $4. They asked for the details of name, address and the credit card. I gave the credit card details thinking that I will be charged only $4 towards shipping. To my surprise, on July 7th, my card was charged with $103 and for $109 by this company . The vendor name as provided by my bank, Standard Chartered bank was Beautycarechoices.com. I never authorized this company, either Envisage Skin International or Beauty carechoices.com to charge these amounts to my credit card. I am completely at loss to know how to recover these amounts as there is no address or the contact numbers given on the product. This is totally a fraudulent company cheating people under the false advertisement of Free Trial . Please help me to recover these amounts. Thanks in advance. Internet
