I was just looking for a good moisturizer and thought it would work.  It probrably would have been fine if I would not have had to pay over $200 for it when it was suppose to be less than $10.00.

When I called to talked to them about the charges to my credit card today they were rude but finally I got them to agree to at least cancel my account but they wouldn't remove the charges. I told them I would have the bank dispute the charges.  I got no invoices for the addition charges.  My bank had to give me the phone numbers to contact them.

The contact number for Krasa is 1-844-761-00744 and for ilus it is 1-844-612-5872.

Krasa/Ilus Envisage Skin International Said no obligation free trail. Couldnt find number until located rip off alert on internet. Called 5 different numbers. 2 persons Refused return n refund but offerd discount on more product. Withdrew 4 sums over $100 each within 6 weeks without authorization. No paperwork in the boxes sent. Told them to cancel so-called continuity program each time person insited it was cancelled. Refuesd to allow return. Refused to give refund . offerd $50 and a discount on more skin care.kept reading the same speach. Stated no Supeevisor would make better offer and should take the deal now. envisage skin international Really...really...really mad! how unfair and manipulative they are. I found two different charges of $59 on my account today and they only want to refund me 40% of each. I sent a cancellation twice, which they see, but they say that I was sent an email with an RMA number which I never received, even though I looked for some kind of confirmation. I sent a second cancellation and never received a confirmation. They claim that I received two emails and a phone call...NOT. So I'm now fighting to get my full refund...$118.00 total...they only want to refund me $47.20...and they wont take their product back because it's past the 30 days. If anyone has filed with the BBB I would like to be added to the complaint...in the meantime...I will certainly take every opportunity to blast them on facebook Saint Petersburg Florida
