i ordered a halloween costume from the website on oct. 3, 2006, paying extra for priority mail. i did this because the website mentioned their returned policy, which was if returned before oct. 15, 2006 i would get a full refund and a free gift at time of purchase. after days of not recieveing the costume i tried to call the customer service number. after mulitple rings my phone call went to a voice mail that said that the mailbox was full and could not recieve any more messages. the voice mail box also said that they would not answer the phones because they were busy shipping items. after that i tried to e-mail the company and got an auto response e-mail saying that because of the business of the company nobody would respond to my e-mail and that i should recieve my costume before oct. 27, 2006. finally, weeks later, i recieved an e-mail telling me that my item has been shipped and that i could track my item any time and gave me a link to click on to do so. i clicked on the link and it was not a tracking number so it was not recognized in the system. another week or 2 goes by and i recieve and e-mail giving me the opportunity to cancel my order. i sent the e-mail to cancel my order. days later i lost my purse and had my credit cards turned off. the credit card i used to pay for the costume was included in this. today is now nov. 3, 2006 and i still have no costume. they said if i was billed for the item then it would be shipped. i am not sure if i was billed for the item or if i recieved a refund.
