I placed an order with Spicylingerie.com on 1/15/07 and they sent me an email confirming my order with a link that I could use to check on the status of my order at anytime. They got the authorization they needed to put a hold for the $amount on my debit card on 1/16/07.
I sent them a message on 1/19/07 and got an automated response claming that I would hear back from someone within 72hrs. I sent them another message through their website and by my email address. I have frequently attempted to "check the status" of my order and there is never anthing there. NO, it's processing, it's back ordered; it's been shipped; nothing.
I have tried to contact them by phone and all I get is an answering machine which tells me that they are sorry that they can't answer my call at this time but to send them a message through their website. The message ends by telling you NOT to leave a voice message; you couldn't it you wanted to because the mailbox is full.
I have sent them more email messages at: customerservice@spicylingerie.com; info@spicylingerie.com; and help@spicylingerie.com and have received no responses other than automated ones that tell me I will hear from someone within 72hrs. I have sent messages on 1/19/07, 1/23/07, 1/24/07 and 1/25/07. None have been responded to. In my final message I have asked that they cancel my order,but haven't heard anything about that either.
Don't believe the claims this website makes in regard to how wonderful and helpful their customer service is; there isn't any to be had. I fell for it because of the free shipping. I have since gone to another on-line retailer for the same merchandise. Yes, I'm paying a little more, but my order was sent out the day after I placed the order.
The only name of a person I've seen is for a Jaqlinne: Team Sales Leader. I have no idea who she is. Her name is always at the bottom of the automated responses I receive.
I'm glad to see that someone here finally received their order and that makes me feel a little better, but I just want this order to go away. I want to know that they are never going to charge me for this. I don't want the order I placed with them to be filled I just want a refund.
