Spirit Airlines Scammed by Spirit Airlines Internet

While in Ft. Lauderdale 30 people were asked to give up their seats in exchange for a flight to anyone of the destinations Spirit flies to. While trying numerous times to book a flight to New York, I was told that there were seats available, but not for those with coupons. The dates of departure and return were so far from each other that I would be forced to book a regular flight. I traveled in a group of 5 people and each one of us was told the same thing.  We all were trying to make reservations at different times to different places, using the vouchers. The dead line to use the voucher is August 10, 2017. Obviously this is a scam. I did book a ticket, but I chose another airlines and they were almost $200 less. Later for Spirit. They obviously blocked out lengths of times that would be a normal vacation period. Plus thier flights were way more expensive that the other airlines.
