Well, where do I begin. I have been a customer of Sprint since 1999 with no problems. I had the Fair and Flexible Plan with them until this year when I found out that this plan did not include roaming. My spouse travels and we talked to one another via the cell phone.

So on April 28, 2007, I called Sprint to add roaming to our plan at that time a representative named Jack stated that "it would be put on the plan within in four hours". So, I hung up called my spouse and said everything had been taken care of.

WRONG!! Two days later my phone was off so I called Sprint and spoke to another representative inquiring about why the phone had been suspended, she said that I had exceeded my spending limit, puzzled I asked how that could be and she stated that I had over $500.00 in roaming charges for 2 days.

At first I thought she was out of her mind but to go to find out is that Sprint's Fair and Flexible Plan did not have any way of adding on a roaming plan. I stated to the representative that I had spoken just 2 days earlier to Jack and he said that he would have it on, which was not the case.

So at that point I had to change my plan to the Power Pack Plan which included roaming and they would credit me back for the 2 days of roaming charges and everything at that point would be fine.

WRONG AGAIN!! Another two days went by and the phones were cut off again. So I had to call them back and asked what was the problem and at this point the roaming charges were over $700.00. So again another representative had to go over my account and "credit" me back this money so that the phones would be turned back on. She told me that her supervisor would look over the account and give me back appropriate credit and permanently fix this account.

WRONG AGAIN!! A week later the phones were cut off again. At this point, I was so upset I had to call back and try and get this account straightened out so another representative got on the phone and told me that they would send it over and get the account straighted back out and so at this point the charges were over $1000.00 and still no credit.

So I finally got tired of dealing with customer service and called their corporate offices and spoke to someone that was over the customer service/billing of Sprint/Nextel. She told me no problem we will permanently fix this account and you should see the credit right away and there will be no more problems with your bill. RIGHT.

This morning I get up to use my phone and the service is off again. So I called and spoke to three people and still they are telling me that I have to pay for a temporary credit that was given to me last month before my phone can be cut back on.

I have spent over 10 hours since April talking to representatives and have had my phone cut off 7 times since April and I still have had no help. I believe that they are incompentent and rude and I feel like they owe me at least one month's service for all the frustration and time I have put in to getting this account straight since April.

My service will be up this October and trust me they will never get my business again. I will tell every person I know that Sprint/Nextel has poor customer service and they almost tetter on the line of fraudulent billing practices. So do yourself a favor when looking for cellular service, don't use Sprint/Nextel for your cellular phone service.
