Sprint PCS They are a complete scam and what is sad is that they get away with it. they manipulate you and trick you into extending your contract without your knowledge. London Kentucky

I called sprint because I wanted to cancel my contract service was terrible and bills were too high. I would rather pay 150.00 to cancel than have their service for any longer. They told me I would have to pay the 150.00 before they would turn off my service. I explained that I cannot even use my phone it drops all calls.

They said they would send me a new phone that costs 150.00 as a "free upgrade" at no cost to me. Well I got the phone service is still terrible all though it has improved a little bit but I still dont want sprints service and I just received a letter in the mail that they renewed my contract again.

They have been doing this to me ever since 1999 by 2001 I was suppose to be over my contract and somehow it went another year. I dont know how they get away with this. They are a total scam. They know that Cingular has much better rates and so they have to trick their customers into staying with them.

So needless to say I have a different phone and a new contract with Cingular, I let my 10 year old daughter use up the minutes I HAVE to pay for, until I can start a Class Act Suit against Sprint PCS. If you have started a suit already please contact me

If some of you customers are dissatisfied with your service, we may be able to cut you a better deal. If you you fit into most of these categories: have a good credit class, have been with Sprint for years, always pay on time, and have a higher end plan, then you can ask to cancel and we can get you a better plan. Although we look at your "customer life value" and if it's $$ to $$$$$ then we transfer you to the "retention" department, if you have N/A or $ then we'll just cut off your service without any special deals. Although customers with 5 dollar signs are rarer, there's still alot with 2,3 and 4. Also, remember to ask to see if we have a business discount if you work for or own a company or the military, fed county or local government. Remember everybody, that everytime you change your plan after 3 months on your current one that you always must renew your current contract (or add 7pm night and weekends or roaming package...or even if you take off the roaming package but want to keep on 7pm night and weekends...it's a different plan code for just 7pm night and weekends than one that includes roaming!). If you go to Fair and Flex plan you must have a 2 year contract. And remember my little homosapians...1-5-0 dollars is alot! Ask us to cut you a better deal if we can!
