I have been a Sprint PCS customer since 2003. Here is the situation: I purchased a Blackberry 8703 in October. I chose the Sprint 450 Power Pack which dropped my minutes from 1100 to 450 but I kept all the same details from the previous plan to include free nights & weekends, free nights after 7pm, sprint-tosprint free calling and I added unlimited txting. Well the lady at the SPrint store in Largo, MD still had me charged for my previous plan, plus the 450 Power plan, the Blackberry vision services plan and I didnt have unlimited txting, no free sprint-to-sprint calling, no free nights after 7pm.

So my first bill was a whopping $1218.36. After I regained consciousness I went back to the store where I PHYSICALLY saw the computer screen with the correct plan and details. The next billing cycle my bill online read a whopping $1500. Then the bill that came in the mail 2 days later read $1900 some-odd dollars. I called Sprint and spoke to a very nice guy named Cecil. He told me they still had things screwed up in the system. He told me that he fixed it and he gave me a case # and that they had to figure out the difference from what I should have been billed and from what I was actually charged with so they could refund me (I had automatic bill payments come out during billing time). Now as I type this I spoke to another nice young man named AJ and he helped me out by going thru the proper channels and finally said the manager would be right w/me because the case hasnt been processed yet. That was at 3:15pm Eastern time. At approx. 4:00pm the phone hung up. So of course because this was my bonus money that they took from my acct automatically I cannot go shopping for my family. It is now 4:09 pm eastern time and I called back and I am waiting for another manager.

I am extremely patient but not when it comes to shopping for my family. This Christmas is very solemn because the family Matriarch passed on in the spring so I am working diligently to keep things together this year in her memory. But its hard to do that with no !@#ing money. Tomorrow Corporate gets a call...I'm talking to "Terri" the manager right now...
